Mrs. Mirahiru has final say in most things within The Chaos Foundry and its parent brand "The Chaos Gumi". Much of the branding identity of both organizations is the result of her strong-willed leadership style. Much of the organization defers to her, and angering her is ill-advised. As brash as she might appear, she is adamant in the success of the overall operation and in releasing "Darling" ( the Director) from the bondage of traditional employment. She oversees all musical choices during livestreams, develops sche- Ahem, "projects", and keeps collaborators abreast of success or failure.
Mr. Mirahiru also has significant influence within the Organization, and is seen as the second face (and best scapegoat) for the actions of both organizations. Despite being in a leadership position, he remains in transition to full-time management. The Chaos Foundry was founded in an effort to expedite his transition to full-time employment within the greater Chaos Gumi. He oversees the projects laid out by his wife, secures funding through "wagie cagie" activities, commissions artists, and sees to it that the organization's goals can be realized - irrespective of Mrs. Mirahiru's machinations.
